You’ll learn how to use the MUNIO Self-Defense Keychain to respond to common “grab-and-go” attacks through simple, easy-to-apply techniques, no prior experience needed. This class is ideal for women, teens, seniors, and anyone looking to build confidence and awareness.

 

The training is approximately 90 minutes, costs $35 per person (includes a MUNIO keychain), and requires a minimum of 10 participants. Classes are available upon request and can be held at a residence, classroom, workplace, or outdoor location.
